Use of our Website

1. There is No Risk! Placing an order on this website does not commit you to purchasing.
2. Once your order is received we will confirm with you the prices, availability, embroidery & shipping costs prior to processing.
3. Artwork, embroidery, printing and shipping is additional.

Terms of Trade

1. 50% deposit at the time of placing your order
2. Remaining balance of account to be paid before garments are released
3. All logos are to be approved by you the customer prior to embroidery/screen-printing
4. Positive Image 2006 Ltd will replace any faulty garments or workmanship
5. If you change your mind on a logo or garments after approving them for embroidery/screen-printing you will be responsible for the full price of this service and any additional garments that need to be created.
6. You will be charged for any logo that you request to be made up even if you decide not to put it onto any garments

Overdue Accounts

1. All Accounts must be paid in full on the day of collection unless prior arrangement has been made with management in writing.
2. Overdue accounts will be charged an additional penalty fee of 12.5% of the total invoice price monthly until paid or passed on to the debt collection agency.
3. Seriously overdue accounts will be forwarded to our Debt Collection Agent after 90 days.  You the customer will be responsible for all additional costs incurred to recover this debt.
