Sample Policy

Samples maybe issued on loan. Follow 2-3 days to receive your sample. All samples must be returned in original packaged condition within 7 days at the customer’s expense. After this time any items not returned or returned damaged will be invoiced to the client. Payment is due 7 days from invoice date.

Artwork / Production Process


We can only be responsible for reproduction of artwork supplied by the clients or produced against their written order. We reserve the right to reject artwork supplied by the client if it is of unsuitable quality or format for printing. If artwork is rejected on these grounds we will, with the agreement of the client, recreate the artwork to the required standard at an extra cost to the client. This cost will be quoted in advance. Blocks, dies, screens and jacquards are chargeable unless otherwise agreed and remain the property of Positive Image Embroidery, Screen-printing & Apparel Limited. Layout Proof: You will receive a paper layout proof or PDF proof as part of our order process. This must be checked and signed by you as a representative of the client giving approval of the artwork in every detail and giving consent to proceed with production of the order.


Once a proof has been signed and production has commenced, if you should require further amendments you will liable for costs incurred according to the stage to which production has progressed. We DO NOT accept responsibility for incorrect artwork once you have signed it off.

Colour Reproduction:

Whilst every effort is made to faithfully reproduce specific pantone colours, we cannot guarantee complete colour accuracy due to limitations of processes and materials.

Proof Samples:  

Pre-production proof samples may be available in certain exceptional circumstances; however, a charge will be made if extra costs are incurred or an order is subsequently cancelled. Normal practice is to supply colour or black and white printed or PDF proofs.

Delivery Charges:

All goods supplied are plus delivery/courier charges to your destination unless otherwise stated at time of placement of order. Positive Image Embroidery, Screen-printing & Apparel Limited will endeavor to ship in the most cost effective way to meet client delivery dates.

  1. We work closely with our carriers to ensure best possible service and delivery times; however, some delays may occur which are outside our control and we will endeavour to work with you and the carrier to resolve these immediately.
  2. While every effort will be made to deliver goods on time, no liability is accepted for delays occurred by circumstances beyond our control.
  3. Non-delivery of goods - Supplies are invariably bound by the Carriers terms and conditions.    therefore, claims for non-delivery of all or part of the consignment must be notified in writing within.
  4. Packages damaged in transit - Claims arising from damage to packages in transit must be notified forthwith. Delivery sheets relating to damaged cartons should be signed and stated accordingly.
  5. Working days to enable claims to be made against the carrier.

Quick delivery:

We aim to dispatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery Method and Labeling:

Your selections will be delivered to your door via. Courier or if an international delivery via New Zealand Post International Air.

No Signature Required:

All deliveries will not require a signature unless specifically stated by you.

Despatch Notification:

We will notify you by email when your order has been despatched.

Delivery Times:

We aim to deliver within 7 days if your item is in stock.  All back orders will be delivered within 21 days unless personally notified.

No Tolerance policy regarding Fraud:

We will report credit card fraud to the relevant authorities of any attempted fraudulent order. Credit Card fraud in particular is a crime that is being committed daily over the internet.   

Secure Details:

Internet Ordering and Security is of utmost concern to us. We will ensure your credit card details and personal information are safe. We will never sell, trade or give your personal information that you supply to us to anyone - at all!!

All your transactions are completed with the security provided by the highest level encryption servers available. Your credit card details are guarded by technology that is completely 100% secure so you can order with confidence.

Multiple Payment Methods:

If for any reason you do not feel safe entering your credit card information on our site, please feel free to fax, mail or post your order to us.

We use every means available to protect your sensitive information - that's why when you initially order from us, you will need to register as a customer by opening an account.
